CAMP DATES
• June 25 to August 17

Arrival: 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM
Departure: 3:30 PM - 4:00 PM
Extended Hours : 7:45 AM to 8:30 AM free of charge.
4:00PM to 5:45PM / 5$ per day - payable end of day.

• Bus transportation is not included in the camp fee. Optional bus service is available for $55 (including GST and QST) weekly. Car pools may be arranged through the camp office, free of charge.

• A registration cannot be confirmed unless accompanied by a $200.00 deposit for each camper and a postdated cheque for the balance dated May 1st 2012. Families with two or more children must fill out a separate registration form for each child.

• Should your plans change before May 1st 2012, a full refund will be issued less a service charge of $10.00 for each week cancelled. Before May 1st 2012, weeks scheduled may be interchanged free of charge depending on availability.

• Should your plans change after May 1st 2012, a full refund will be issued less a service charge of $50.00 for each week cancelled. After May 1st 2012, weeks may be interchanged for a service charge of $10.00 a week, depending on availability.

• Cancellations and changes must be brought to the Champions’ office attention no later then 4:00PM on the Thursday before the week that you would like to cancel or interchange.
